Join me for a day of fun and needlepoint and learn how to make a pair of ‘Uterus’ slippers for yourself or your loved one. No prior needlework experience required.

My uterus slipper design is based around the idea of female anatomy replacing the traditional flower motif or crest that adorned a Victorian gentleman’s slipper.

Worked on needlepoint canvas with DMC wools, stranded cottons and silks you will learn how to make a pair of slippers to size, stitch technique, colour blending and how to make them up into a wearable work of art.

Workshops run from 10am to 3.30pm, with a short lunch break.

Class cost - $120 (a materials list will be provided prior to the workshop).
